Job Description

  • Lead UI/UX design efforts front-end, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and accessible user experience.
  • Conduct usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into polished design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and improved features.
  • Define and maintain a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.
  • Optimize workflows and layouts for different personas, from new users onboarding to advanced users performing complex graph operations.
  • Stay current on front-end trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices to keep product platform ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in front-end/UI design, preferably in SaaS or data visualization products.
  • Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and prototyping tools.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (ability to collaborate closely with engineers).
  • Experience designing complex workflows for technical users.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and usability improvements.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for the user.
