Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff located in Pune. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for receptionist duties including managing phone calls, providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include maintaining the front desk area, handling inquiries, and general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role is beneficial
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
