Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member located in Udaipur. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, managing reservations, and handling check-ins and check-outs. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations are also key tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service
• Excellent Communication skills
• Computer Literacy skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in hospitality or a similar field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
