Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member located in Udaipur. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, managing reservations, and handling check-ins and check-outs. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly. Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations are also key tasks. Qualifications Strong skills in Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service Excellent Communication skills Computer Literacy skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Experience in hospitality or a similar field is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
