Role Overview This is a full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the Head of the school. As Front Desk Staff, you will serve as the first point of contact for our school, providing excellent customer service, maintaining smooth internal communications, and handling administrative tasks with strong computer literacy. Key Responsibilities Front Office Duties ·Welcome and assist all visitors; provide information and support as needed · Answer telephone calls with professional phone etiquette · Schedule appointments for Teachers, Parents, Coordinators, the Admin Head, and the Principal · Ensure every class teacher completes exit slips for students leaving early, collect and file these slips ·When the Admissions Team is engaged, meet prospective parents: conduct school tours, explain fees, and communicate our mission & vision · Prepare monthly attendance for Staff .Liaise with PF (Provident Fund) consultants: create master rolls, validate entries, handle new joiner PF accounts, transfers and withdrawals · Shortlist candidates for interviews and assist with recruitment · Arrange travel, accommodation and transfers for trainers and prospective candidates ·Assist Accounts with payment of invoices: hotel stays, food, transfers, flights Qualifications & Skills · Strong communication and interpersonal skills .Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist and customer-service skills ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills ·Computer literate and capable of performing administrative tasks independently and as part of a team ·Prior experience in an educational institution would be an advantage ·Qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree preferred
