Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff located in Aluva. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, maintaining reception area, answering and directing phone calls, handling customer service inquiries, and performing general receptionist duties. Additionally, the role involves managing office operations and ensuring a streamlined customer experience.

• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Computer Literacy skills
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a bonus
