Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Staff member based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting walk-in customers, maintaining appointment schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves ensuring smooth front desk operations, managing inquiries, and collaborating with other team members to deliver a positive experience for all patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
• Receptionist Duties and Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and basic administrative tasks
• Ability to maintain professionalism and handle situations effectively
• Previous experience in a healthcare or service-oriented role is a plus
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
