Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Staff member at Physioveda India's Vasant Vihar, New Delhi location. The individual will manage front desk operations, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, provide exceptional customer service, assist with patient inquiries, and ensure smooth administrative processes. The role requires a welcoming demeanor and a commitment to delivering a positive experience to all patients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Basic to advanced Computer Literacy, including familiarity with scheduling software
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and patient-focused environment
• Prior experience in a front desk or customer-facing role is preferred
