Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Front Desk Staff at Sahayog Hospital's Gurugram location. Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, managing reception and administrative tasks, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and professional front desk experience. The Front Desk Staff will provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and manage queries with courtesy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with office software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or medical office management is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Hindi; fluency in additional local languages is a plus
