Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Front Desk Staff at Sahayog Hospital's Gurugram location. Responsibilities include greeting patients and visitors, managing reception and administrative tasks, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless and professional front desk experience. The Front Desk Staff will provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and manage queries with courtesy and efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Customer Service and Communication skills Basic Computer Literacy and familiarity with office software Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or medical office management is an advantage Fluency in English and Hindi; fluency in additional local languages is a plus
