Role Description

This full-time role of Front Desk Staff is an on-site position located in Karaikal. The Front Desk Staff will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting clients and visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks to support the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in Receptionist Duties and Phone Etiquette
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are beneficial
