Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative located in Gurugram. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, handling customer service inquiries, managing phone communications, and making reservations. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Customer Service
• Experience in managing Reservations and handling inquiries
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage front desk operations
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or customer service are advantageous
