Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative. The role is based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for managing receptionist duties, answering phones, handling customer service inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring effective communication. The representative will be the first point of contact for visitors and will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Customer Service and Reservations skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus
