With our global presence and extensive experience in the hospitality technology sector, YCS serves small and medium-sized accommodation businesses worldwide. Your key responsibilities will include managing office and canteen facilities, tracking incoming and outgoing couriers, and making necessary arrangements for team members and guests. This involves booking restaurants, pre-ordering menus, arranging travel tickets for international trips, and securing accommodation for visitors to our Surat office. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing insurance matters related to office vehicles, welcoming guests, and guiding them to the appropriate departments. You will also play a crucial role in receiving and coordinating candidates arriving for interviews, collaborating with the People & Culture Team for a seamless interview process.
