Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Front Desk Representative. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for handling phone calls with proper phone etiquette, performing receptionist duties, providing customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring effective communication with clients and visitors. The role requires maintaining a professional demeanor and a welcoming environment at the front desk.
