Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Manage room allocation and coordinate with housekeeping for room readiness.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing, and payments.
  • Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, F&B, maintenance) to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards at all times.
  • Handle telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries courteously.
  • Maintain the front desk area neatly and professionally.
  • Assist with upselling hotel services and promoting special offers.
