Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Representative at SAAOL, you will play a crucial role in managing patient and office responsibilities. Your friendly and perceptive personality will be the first impression of the company for all visitors. Your customer-oriented approach will ensure that guests feel comfortable and valued during their visit. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for patients and customers. - Handle appointment bookings over calls and for walk-in patients, addressing basic queries. - Manage patient flow for ongoing treatments, coordinate time slots with doctors and patients, and respond to basic patient inquiries. - Ensure the smooth functioning and upkeep of the center. - Maintain inventory of pharmaceuticals, treatment essentials, and other goods sold. - Coordinate with local vendors for center operations. - Collaborate with HQ to replenish resources and inventory monthly. - Oversee staff management to ensure regular attendance. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of prior work experience. - Proficiency in intermediate computer skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
