Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative at Minnions Group, located in Hazaribag. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with reservations. The individual will also provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and maintain a positive experience for clients. Additional responsibilities may include administrative support and supporting internal team members as needed.

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
• Experience with managing Reservations and scheduling appointments
• Proficiency in basic computer and office management software
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle a dynamic workflow
• Previous experience in a front desk or similar role is a plus
