Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and perform efficient check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and updates across all channels
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness
  • Address guest complaints tactfully and promptly escalate as needed
  • Provide concierge-level local information and hotel service guidance
  • Accurately operate the PMS and maintain guest records
  • Upsell services such as room upgrades, breakfast plans, and late check-outs
  • Ensure the front desk is presentable, well-stocked, and organized
  • Handle billing, payment, and daily cashiering tasks
  • Collect guest reviews (online and offline) during or post-stay and encourage feedback submissions
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
