We are looking for a well-spoken, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and basic knowledge of the real estate industry. Responsibilities β€’ Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents as they arrive at the office β€’ Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members β€’ Provide general information to prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants β€’ Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments β€’ Maintain and update client contact databases and inquiry logs β€’ Support the sales and leasing team with documentation and filing β€’ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages β€’ Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area β€’ Coordinate office supplies and ensure front desk materials are up to date (brochures, flyers, property lists) β€’ Assist in basic marketing tasks such as printing property brochures or updating property boards Requirements: β€’ High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in administration or real estate is a plus β€’ Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) β€’ Familiarity with real estate CRM software is an advantage β€’ Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude Qualifications β€’ High school diploma or relevant work experience β€’ Ability to maintain a positive attitude β€’ Excellent communication skills Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday πŸ“© How to Apply: Send your resume Hr@envisioneden.in πŸ“ž Contact for Queries: Hemant Kumar Phone: β€ͺ+91-9518083621‬ Show more Show less
