Ltd. 💰 Salary: 15K – 25K per month We are looking for a well-spoken, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our real estate team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and basic knowledge of the real estate industry. Responsibilities • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and agents as they arrive at the office • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members • Provide general information to prospective buyers, sellers, and tenants • Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments • Maintain and update client contact databases and inquiry logs • Support the sales and leasing team with documentation and filing • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area • Coordinate office supplies and ensure front desk materials are up to date (brochures, flyers, property lists) • Assist in basic marketing tasks such as printing property brochures or updating property boards Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in administration or real estate is a plus • Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in real estate • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Familiarity with real estate CRM software is an advantage • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude Qualifications • High school diploma or relevant work experience • Ability to maintain a positive attitude • Excellent communication skills Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday 📩 How to Apply: Send your resume Amit.shrivastava@envisioneden.in 📞 Contact for Queries: Hemant Kumar Phone: +91-9998357770 Show more Show less
