Role and Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management
  • Greet and assist visitors/clients professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
  • Coordinate courier services—receiving and dispatching.
  • Administration
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Manage meeting rooms—booking, setup, cleanliness.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings.
  • Support HR/admin team with documentation and filing.
  • Maintain employee attendance/leave records (if required).
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repair, housekeeping, etc.
  • Monitor office maintenance (cleanliness, pantry, stationery).
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain databases and records (contact lists, asset records, etc.).
  • Prepare and maintain admin-related reports.
  • File documents physically and digitally in an organized manner.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in front desk or administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Pleasant personality with customer service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.


Key Competencies

  • Experience in front-office, customer handling, or admin preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (printers, EPABX, scanners).
