A Travel Agency Front Desk job involves greeting clients, understanding their travel needs and budgets, recommending and booking flights, accommodations, and tours, and providing detailed itineraries and travel information, including advice on destinations, customs, and entry requirements. Sales & Promotion: Promote travel packages and sell travel insurance. Handling Payments: Collect payments and process transactions for bookings. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints, conflicts, cancellations, and refund requests. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and client communications. Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations. Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with travel vendors and service providers. Essential Skills Customer Service: A strong customer-focused attitude to handle inquiries and complaints professionally. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple bookings, schedules, and client files. Sales Skills: Competence in promoting and selling travel packages.
