Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:

Rana Infracon (India) Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional and personable Front Desk Receptionist to manage our reception area and provide a warm, welcoming experience for all visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for the company, handling administrative duties, managing phone calls, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring that brochures, company materials, and supplies are stocked and organized.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and visitors with professionalism and discretion.
  • Keep track of office supplies and report any shortages or requirements to the office manager.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed, including assisting the HR and administration teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment (printers, photocopiers, etc.).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive attitude, with a focus on providing the best possible experience for visitors and colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
