Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers and emails.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory records.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for office upkeep.
  • Provide basic information to visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a background in Administration or Hospitality).
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front office role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Customer service orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,908.73 - ₹30,072.11 per month
