Job Title: Front Desk Executive (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Thane One, DIL Complex, 10th floor, A, 1001, Ghodbunder Rd, opp. Tatvagyan Vidyapeeth, Kapurbawdi, Majiwada, Thane, Maharashtra 400601
Experience: 1–2 Years (Front Desk / Reception Experience Required)
Age Criteria: 25 – 30 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, confident, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage our front office operations efficiently. The ideal candidate should have prior experience handling reception duties, courier coordination, attendance tracking, and basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
Manage courier dispatch and coordination (incoming and outgoing).
Maintain attendance records of employees.
Handle travel ticket bookings and related arrangements for employees.
Oversee stationery inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
Maintain and regularly check the first aid kit supplies.
Coordinate with various departments for day-to-day administrative support.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

Female candidate aged between 25 to 30 years.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Well-groomed, polite, and professional in appearance and behavior.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
