Job Description

Job Title: Field Sales Officer
Location: Pune

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (In-hand)
Benefits: TA + PF + Health Insurance

Employment Type: Full-time (Immediate Joiner Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned area to promote and sell company products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
Generate daily and weekly sales reports.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales (FMCG / Building Material / Cement / Any similar industry preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Own two-wheeler and smartphone preferred.
Should be an immediate joiner.
