Role Overview: As a Front Desk Receptionist at PRANSHI INFRA ADVISOR PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Nainital, your main responsibility will be to manage the front desk area efficiently. This full-time, on-site role involves greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the reception area is well-organized. You will also be expected to provide exceptional customer service, perform basic clerical tasks, and maintain effective communication with all departments. Key Responsibilities: - Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment at the front desk - Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel - Coordinate appointments and maintain an organized schedule - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and requests promptly - Perform basic clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying - Utilize proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties - Demonstrate strong clerical skills to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently - Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact effectively with visitors and staff - Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold a high level of customer service - Utilize basic office equipment and software tools effectively - Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is advantageous - Educational requirement of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties - Strong Clerical Skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills - Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a welcoming environment - Proficiency with basic office equipment and software tools - Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus,
