Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Nainital. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle day-to-day tasks such as greeting visitors, managing incoming calls, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a well-organized front desk area. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer support, performing basic clerical duties, and ensuring smooth communication with all departments.

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Strong Clerical Skills and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a welcoming environment
• Proficiency with basic office equipment and software tools
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front desk role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
