Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Sar Kamla Dham. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless room preparation and check-in processes.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and courteously.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is preferred.
A high level of professionalism and courtesy is essential when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Familiarity with front office software and technology is an asset.
