About the RoleiFitness is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our members and visitors. This role is essential in creating exceptional experiences and maintaining strong member relationships at our fitness center. Key ResponsibilitiesWalk-in Management Greet and welcome all walk-ins, members, and guests professionally Conduct facility tours for prospective members showcasing equipment and amenities Process membership applications, renewals, and registrations Handle member check-ins and verify membership status Follow-up & Communication Make follow-up calls to membership inquiries, expired memberships, and inactive accounts Contact members regarding late payments and account updates Schedule appointments for personal training and fitness assessments Maintain accurate records of all member interactions Client Issue Resolution Address member concerns and complaints promptly and professionally Resolve billing inquiries and account discrepancies Handle membership modifications including freezes, transfers, and cancellations Escalate complex issues to management when necessary Administrative Duties Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately Update and maintain member account information Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and proficiency with management software Professional appearance and positive attitude Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required What We're Looking ForPassionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals Customer-oriented with conflict resolution capabilities Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
