Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, students, and guests with warmth and professionalism. Manage front desk operations: answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle in-person inquiries. Maintain student and visitor records, appointment schedules, and basic administrative files. Coordinate with academic and operations departments for student support. Ensure reception area is tidy, welcoming, and fully equipped with materials. Provide accurate and timely information about courses, admissions, and events. Assist with basic office support duties as needed. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office, administrative, or customer service role. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in hospitality or administration is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications. Friendly, patient, organized, and approachable. Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
