Job Description

1.Welcome and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner

.2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.

3. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters).

4.Maintain an organized and presentable reception area

.5. Record guest and employee arrivals and departures accurately.

6. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

7. Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience in front desk or customer service roles

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Professional appearance and positive attitude

· Basic computer skills, including MS Office

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
