Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart, professional, Receptionist to manage flight, transport, and hotel reservations. front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a presentable and polite personality, and prior knowledge of travel-related bookings such as flight, transport, and hotel reservations.

Candidate Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai

5 Days Working

• Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate travel arrangements such as flight bookings, transport reservations, and hotel accommodations as per company requirements.
• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls, emails, and other correspondence promptly.
• Manage front desk activities including visitor management and maintaining records.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and communication.
• Ensure reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
• Support administrative tasks and assist different departments when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar role.
• Strong command of English (spoken & written) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
• knowledge of ticket booking (flights/transport) and hotel booking is mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
