Job Description – Front Desk Receptionist (Female)

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: Minimum 1+ year in front office/reception/administration

Qualification: Graduate or equivalent

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Gender: Female only

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and ensure smooth coordination at reception.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and maintain visitor & inquiry records.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointment and meeting slots
  • Manage office correspondence (emails, courier, letters, etc.).
  • Support in maintaining office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure the reception and office area remain well-organized and professional.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in front office management with exposure to admin/HR support (minimum 1 year).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,965.59 per month
