Job Description

Designation: Front Desk Executive
Company: Aspect Global
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration background preferred)

Age:
22 – 30 years

Experience:
Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist in a corporate environment

Computer Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls and route them appropriately
  • Maintain visitor records and handle incoming/outgoing courier
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure cleanliness of reception area
  • Assist HR and Admin teams with day-to-day operational support
  • Handle basic office correspondence and administrative tasks

Other Specific Experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

CTC Budget:
₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
