About the Role

We are seeking a confident, well-groomed, and proactive Front Office Receptionist who will serve as the first impression of our organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming, polished, and professional experience for clients, visitors, and business partners
  • Manage front desk operations, incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination with efficiency and professionalism
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and oversee conference room management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and official deliveries
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management
  • Maintain a well-organized, presentable, and professional reception and office environment
  • Assist with office coordination, documentation, data entry, and record management
  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and the company’s brand standards at all times

Qualifications
