Job Description

include creating a welcoming atmosphere, directing guests, managing communications (calls, emails, messages), coordinating appointments, and performing clerical tasks like filing, photocopying, and managing inventory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct visitors and clients professionally.
  • Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages; respond to basic inquiries via phone and email.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries; perform filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Office Upkeep: Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and manage office supplies inventory.
  • Security: Implement security procedures and control access to the office.

Essential Skills:

  • Professional demeanor and excellent communication (verbal & written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and equipment.

Qualifications (Typical):

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree often preferred.
  • Experience in customer service or a similar administrative role.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
