Front Desk Receptionist

As a Customer Service representative, your role will involve greeting and welcoming showroom visitors in a professional and friendly manner. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, and direct them to the appropriate department or personnel. Handling telephone calls will be a key responsibility, including answering calls promptly, transferring them to relevant departments or individuals, and accurately taking and relaying messages.
