Position Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role is responsible for managing front-desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and performing various administrative tasks to support daily office activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
Manage visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Provide accurate information to clients and direct them to the appropriate departments
Support office staff with routine tasks as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,610.53 - ₹23,491.71 per month
