Front Desk Receptionist

Roles & Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Reception Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.

  • Guide guests to the appropriate departments or meeting rooms.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.

Call & Communication Handling:

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Maintain call logs and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding company services.

Coordination & Management:

  • Support employees and clients with basic administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.

  • Ensure timely communication with team members regarding office activities.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional, presentable, and confident personality

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently

  • Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
