Customer Support Executive – Shree Kameshwari GroupLocation: DLF Corporate Greens, Sector 74A, Gurugram, Haryana Timings: 10 AM – 5 PM | Sunday Off Role Overview:We are looking for a polite, patient, and efficient Customer Support Executive to manage client calls, queries, appointment coordination, and provide smooth communication support for our consultancy operations. Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound & outbound calls professionally Respond to client queries via phone, WhatsApp & email Appointment scheduling & coordination Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and client records Provide clear and accurate information regarding services Offer polite, solution-oriented communication at all times Coordinate internally with Edutech & Media teams Escalate urgent concerns to senior staff Maintain strict confidentiality of client information Candidate Requirements:Excellent English & Hindi communication Polite, calm, and customer-focused attitude Preferred Background: Calling / BPO / Customer Service Call Centers Ability to handle high-volume calls Strong organisational and follow-up skills Basic computer and CRM handling skills No chronic health conditions Compensation:Discussed in second round with upper management.
