Role Description

This is a full-time job for a Front desk receptionist/ Manager at Bootcamp Sports Academy, located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating schedules, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, greeting visitors, managing correspondence, and performing clerical tasks to support administrative functions. The role requires a mix of on-site duties at the Bengaluru location and some flexibility to work from home.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in phone etiquette and performing receptionist duties effectively
  • Proficiency in clerical skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and provide assistance professionally
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as email, word processing, and scheduling tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities
