Job Description

Key Roles and Responsibilities Oversee and manage front desk operations to ensure a seamless client experience. Handle client interactions, membership queries, and trial conversions in a professional manner. Coordinate and manage trainer schedules, client appointments, and daily studio activities. Monitor studio occupancy, revenue, and sales performance on a regular basis. Demonstrate effective negotiation and communication skills when interacting with clients and external partners. Maintain a courteous and patient approach in handling client concerns and requests. Ensure adherence to studio operational standards and protocols. Candidate Requirements Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (B. Com graduates preferred). Gender: Female candidates only. Required Skills and Competencies: o Excellent fluency in English (spoken and written). o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. o Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel. o Patience, professionalism, and client-handling ability. o Organizational and multitasking capabilities. Compensation and Training Details Annual Package: Up to 4.8 LPA, commensurate with qualifications and performance. Training Period: 20 days of structured training prior to full-time onboarding. o The training period will be compensated as per the salary structure.
