Job Description

As a Front Desk Manager at alt.f coworking, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for all clients and their inquiries. You will be responsible for setting and executing front desk goals and protocols, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk and reception area. Your duties will include addressing guest concerns, supervising staff, managing bookings and appointments, handling phone calls and emails, and performing administrative duties such as filing and record-keeping. Key Responsibilities: - Addressing guest complaints and inquiries to provide excellent customer service - Supervising staff, managing bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front desk and reception area - Handling walk-in and telephonic inquiries, maintaining visitor records - Overseeing the front desk supervisor, housekeeping staff, and office boys - Managing clients visiting the space and maintaining the visitors list Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a front desk manager or in a similar role - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Good understanding of hospitality industry procedures - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to deliver exceptional customer service - Proficiency in office operations and administration - Basic knowledge of Excel and willingness to learn new software - Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle pressure - High level of presentation and grooming standards In addition to the specified qualifications and responsibilities, alt.f coworking values professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors.,
