Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Overview:
Lead front desk operations, ensuring exceptional patient service and smooth daily functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk, schedules, and training.
  • Handle patient billing, follow ups with patients
  • Resolve patient issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and billing.
  • Uphold brand standards and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in front desk/hospitality management.
  • Fluent, persuasive English communication skills.
  • Outstanding guest relations and personality.
  • Proficiency in hotel software (e.g., PMS).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Immediate Joiner

Salary : upto 30k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
