Front Desk Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our martial arts gym team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and Telugu and a passion for providing outstanding service to our members. This is a customer-facing role with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, members, and potential clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Answer phone calls and emails, provide information on classes, schedules, membership options, and pricing.
• Manage check-ins and registrations for members, ensuring smooth entry and exit processes.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, including scheduling, member records, and data entry.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
• Foster strong relationships with existing members, creating an atmosphere of trust and engagement.
• Provide information on new promotions, events, or updates related to the gym.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with instructors and other staff to ensure smooth operation of gym activities.

Basic Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi and Telugu (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.).
• Positive attitude, team player, and proactive.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
