  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring availability.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Track visitors and manage access control (e.g., sign-ins, badges).
  • Assist with administrative tasks (data entry, filing, record-keeping).
  • Address customer inquiries and direct complaints to relevant departments.
  • Coordinate communication between internal departments and visitors.
  • Maintain visitor logs and databases for security and reference.
  • Efficiently multitask and manage time to handle various duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
