JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
· Handling all officers and ratings data entry in Crewing software, after basic entry done by Recruitment’s
· Attach travel documents (passport, CDC, SID, Visa, etc.)
· Attach courses (STCW, COC, WK, COP, GMDSS, etc.)
· Attach all medical documents (Yellow fever, Covid certificate, ILO Medical, etc.)
· Attach the Pre- Joining documents:
o Pre-Joining Check List
o NOK (Next of Kin)
o Ship Staff Pre-Joining Briefing Check List
o Declaration Form
o Contract Paper
o Seaman’s Allotment Note
