TLC Aesthetica – Vyttila, Kochi

TLC Aesthetica, a premium aesthetic and plastic surgery centre, is looking for a Front Desk Executive to be the welcoming face of our Vyttila, Kochi facility.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, calls, and patient inquiries
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and clinical teams
• Maintain front office records and basic documentation
• Handle billing coordination and patient flow efficiently
• Ensure a calm, organised, and patient-friendly reception area

Requirements

• Graduate or diploma holder (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Malayalam
• Pleasing personality with a patient-centric attitude
• Prior experience in healthcare, clinic, or hospitality front desk is an advantage
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, appointment systems)
